The official currency in Liechtenstein is the Swiss Franc (CHF) and you can pay by card almost anywhere. If not, you will find multiple ATMs in the cities and villages where you can withdraw money.
The official language is German, with Alemannic dialects being commonly spoken. Most inhabitants of Liechtenstein speak fluent English too.

Liechtenstein is not a member of the European Union but is part of the Schengen Area. If you are a citizen from a Schengen country, you do not need a VISA. Citizens of a non-Schengen country need a Schengen Visa.
The European roaming regulation might not apply here and you should check with your provider whether you can continue to use your mobile data bundle without extra costs. If it's included, you have to be careful that it does not connect to a Swiss network, because that might not be included.
